Lacrosse has been rapidly growing in our area but for many this is a new or misunderstood sport. Closely resembling basketball in strategy, soccer in field spacing/ball movement, and hockey with shots on goal, lacrosse is quickly becoming a player favorite. We encourage any and everyone to give it a try if they have never participated before. While it can feel a bit awkward to start, it doesn’t take long for athletes to pick it up and begin to thrive!
